My Journey.
Certified Coach, Lisa R. Horn, incorporates her wealth of real-life experiences with standard coaching methodologies defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). After graduating from University of California, Davis in 2020 she has gone on to empowering her clients in achieving success during some of life’s biggest challenges: gender transitioning, divorce, and career and leadership development.
Lisa has experienced many personal and professional challenges that lend value, insight and compassion during coaching sessions. She has worked in numerous industries and varying roles from an administrative assistant for an appliance retailer and residential developer to business analyst and relationship manager in the digital technology space for several Fortune 500 companies. Her latest endeavor has been building her coaching business focused on empowering clients to break through limiting beliefs in order to achieve their full potential.
Her personal life includes raising a child as a single-income single-parent, overcoming domestic abuse and unhealthy relationships, and learning to navigate toxic work environments. For pleasure she enjoys river rafting, nature photography, international travels, yoga, and exploring local trails and towns with family and friends.
