For new managers to seasoned executives the Thriving Basics for Managers program is conducted over six 90-minute class sessions and a private coaching session.  Topics of discussion will include, but are not limited to, reviewing company culture, managing in the 21st century, how to lead by example, managing talent development, and navigating support systems.
